Clifford M. Buchholz
Senior Advisor, St. Renatus

A successful entrepreneur, Mr. Buchholz is the Owner of Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, comprised of four health and wellness facilities in northern Colorado. Until 2002, he was also Co-Owner of the Sony Ericsson Open, the fifth largest tennis tournament in the world behind the Grand Slams. From March to September 2009, Mr. Buchholz served as St. Renatus’ Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Martin A. Culhane, III
Corporate Secretary, St. Renatus

Mr. Culhane is an Attorney and Partner with Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP, with a specialization in tax law. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, tax planning and analysis, as well as state, local, and international tax matters.

Ronald W. Hart, Ph.D.
Chief Regulatory Advisor, St. Renatus

Dr. Ronald W. Hart has served on the editorial boards of more than a dozen professional journals and authored or co-authored over 650 scientific and managerial publications. Dr. Hart is the former Director of the National Center for Toxicological Research. He is the co-author of the Technology Transfer Act of 1986, which has resulted in the estimated creation of over 70,000 corporations and 8 million new jobs. He also served as the advisor to the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, a chair of a number of White House and US Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) commissions and task forces, chair of the US USSR Emerging Leaders Conference, Science and Technology Section, and first co-chair of the Intergovernmental Task Force on Technology Transfer.

Kurtis A. Hoeven, M.B.A.
Mr. Hoeven is currently the Global Financial Officer of OtterBox, and the President of Blue Ocean Enterprises. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California at Berkeley and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Hoeven brings a strong background and experience in managing businesses in every stage of development, with a focus on companies pursuing significant transformation in their business. Mr. Hoeven has worked with companies undergoing rapid growth including OtterBox (mobile technology accessories), Shepherd Miller (environmental consulting company), and American Lighting (manufacturer importer and distributor of specialty lighting). His large corporate management experience includes eight years with both Hewlett Packard and the May Company.

Mark D. Kollar, D.D.S.
Co-Founder & Senior Advisor, St. Renatus

Dr. Kollar currently serves as a Senior Advisor to St. Renatus, managing projects that relate to FDA market approval and intellectual property. An Assistant Professor of Restorative Science at the University of Minnesota for eight years, Dr. Kollar was in a private dental practice for 23 years, before devoting his full attention to developing the St. Renatus nasal mist.

James P. Mulvahill
Co-Founder & Senior Advisor, St. Renatus

Mr. Mulvahill currently serves as a Senior Advisor to St. Renatus, managing projects that relate to FDA market approval and intellectual property. Until 2005, Mr. Mulvahill practiced as an Attorney in the area of business and health law, with a heavy emphasis on representing medical and dental practices.

Christopher M. Scotti
Mr. Scotti is an Attorney and Partner with Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP, specializing in all aspects of commercial and consumer finance transactions, as well as general business counseling and transactions.

Stephen K. Snyder, M.B.A.
Mr. Snyder is currently the Vice President of Marketing for Cargill’s global Industrial Oils & Lubricants business. He has more than 20 years of experience in renewable industrial products, functional foods, biotechnology, and specialty ingredients focused on growth in both large corporate and start-up environments. Prior to Cargill, Mr. Snyder was Vice President of Corporate Development at a start-up biotech company, Senomyx (SNMX), which is now a publicly traded company oriented toward the discovery of new flavor and taste modifier products. He played an instrumental role in the strategic planning, fund raising and fortune 500 corporate partnering of Senomyx. He also spent 12 years with Monsanto Company in various leadership positions in business management, finance, strategic planning, M&A, R&D, marketing and sales in a range of technology and growth oriented chemical and life sciences based businesses. Mr. Snyder received an M.B.A. in General Management with focus in Finance and Marketing from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemistry from Phillips University. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Life Science Alley, a life science based non-profit organization in Minneapolis.
